The Associate degree in Business Administration and Management prepares students with the skills necessary to meet today's business demands and those for the future. This program provides students with a solid business core that includes an extensive basic background in the functional areas of marketing, finance, accounting, and management; an understanding of the business environment to include the legal, economic, behavioral, human resource, ethical, and international aspects; technical skills in information systems and quantitative analysis; and the ability to communicate, integrate and synthesize. Students will be prepared for employment as an Office Manager, Manager Trainee, Office Administrator, Real Estate Clerk, Office Supervisor, Office Assistant, Office Clerk, Cost Estimator, Data Entry Clerk, Property Manager, Logistics Clerk, Purchasing Agent, Customer Service Representative, Collections Clerk, Administrative Assistant, Tax Preparer, Payroll Clerk, Accounting Clerk, HR Administrator, and HR Clerk.
This program prepares graduates to test for Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel certifications.
